Apartment was clean and organized.

While the apartment itself was acceptable, my experience with the hosts was disappointing. The hosts came across as extremely impersonal throughout my stay. There was not a single gesture of genuine warmth or hospitality, which left the experience feeling more like a contractual transaction than being welcomed into someone's property. The house rules were unnecessarily rigid and, at times, almost felt like instructions in a military barracks. Guests were required to clean and dry all cutlery and return every item exactly where it had originally been placed. While I always leave accommodations clean and respect house rules, the tone and level of detail felt excessively finicky. What bothered me most was the checkout situation. The hosts insisted that checkout was at 10:00 a.m., even though both their Booking.com listing and their written house rules stated 11:00 a.m. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they claimed that the 11:00 a.m. time was simply Booking.com's default and that their actual rule was 10:00 a.m. That explanation was not consistent with the information they had published. The requirement to remove all garbage to outside bins, while not a major issue in itself, added to the overall impression that the hosts prioritize strict compliance over guest comfort. Because of the hosts' inflexible approach, I felt compelled to photograph and film the apartment thoroughly before leaving to document that I had left it in excellent condition. I rarely feel the need to do this, but I left with the impression that they might look for reasons to criticize guests. Overall, although the accommodation itself was fine, the atmosphere created by the hosts made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. Hospitality is about more than providing a place to sleep, and unfortunately that human element was missing here.

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Sehr guter Parkplatz. Ich habe mich mit meinem Hund eine Woche sehr wohlgefühlt.
