Gute Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt. Mann sollte nicht zu große Erwartungen haben.

Es war alles vorhanden an Elektro Geräten, Es war sauber Es war Central gelegen

Es gibt zur Zeit eine Renovierung des Treppenhauses Die Ausstattung ist gut aber zusammen gewürfelt, das stört das Auge eines Handwerkes erheblich. Die Zimmer liegen an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung.

Positive Eindrücke: • Schöne Ferienwohnung in fußläufiger Nähe zum Ortskern von Neumünster. • Parkplatz inklusive. • Waschmaschine, Trockner, TV und Matratzen in sehr gutem Zustand.

Für den Preis von über 425 € fanden wir den Zustand nicht ganz angemessen. • Baustelle im Treppenhaus und in anderen Wohnungen sorgte zeitweise für Unruhe. • Mehrfaches Anrufen statt Nachrichten war etwas unpraktisch – schriftliche Kommunikation ist oft flexibler. • Unklare Parkplatzzuweisung – erst ein Nachbar informierte uns, dass wir Stellplatz Nr. 3 nutzen sollen. • Wackelige Bettrücken waren störend. • Folgende Ausstattungsgegenstände haben gefehlt: Handtuchhalter oder Wäscheständer, Vase, Nudelsieb, Toaster, Frühstücksteller, Vorhang in der Küche. • Möbel dürfen nicht umgestellt werden, was für uns als junge Familie etwas unpraktisch war. • Heizung, Fenster sowie der Boden im Bad waren nicht sauber (siehe Bilder).
