La casa al mare- AD GROUP

Die Unterkunft hat insgesamt einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders gefallen haben mir die gute Lage und die moderne Einrichtung des Apartments. Der Strand war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was sehr praktisch war. Auch die Größe des Apartments war angenehm und bot ausreichend Platz. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig problemlos, außerdem durfte ich sogar etwas früher einchecken, was ich sehr positiv fand.

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es allerdings bei der Ausstattung, da einige Utensilien gefehlt haben. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es zudem eine Baustelle direkt am Haus und in der Umgebung, was die Atmosphäre etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Außerdem lag Müll im Gartenbereich, wodurch der Außenbereich leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht hat.

A very nice maisonette apartment with a terrace at the front and a balcony at the back. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen with a sofa and a toilet with a washing machine. Upstairs there is a cosy bedroom with a wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom offers a sea view. At the front of the house there is a private car park within a fenced-in area with a remote-controlled gate. Excellent location, within 500 metres of a beautiful beach, pizzerias, a bar-restaurant and a shop that’s even open on Sundays. The location is very nice. It was 15 minutes away from olbia and had a nice view on the mountains and the sundown. The facilities were clean and there were two toilets available. It was very quiet, so the perfect opportunity if you want to relax during your vacation. If you have a rental car, there is a private parking place available, but also very near to supermarkets or hiking tours. They also had a very fluffy blanket, which was nice.

In the evening the light situation wasn’t the best. There wasn’t very much indirekt light inside as well as outside of the apartment. The coffee machine was missing a piece so the water was pouring in all directions. The bathrooms didn’t had many space for putting your belongings and the shower was very small, so we had to store the shower gel outside of it, which was very difficult to reach while showering.
