Le bruit des voisins La piscine ouverte que de 15 à 19h les jours d’ouverture et fermée le lundi Les équipements cuisine à revoir ( poêle et casserole qui ne fonctionnent pas sur la plaque, grille pain qui ne tenait pas )

Prachtig uitzicht. Mooie rustige ligging. Ongeveer 20 minuten rijden van Olbia. Het appartement was schoon ,goede bedden ruime kamers.. het terras was de mooiste plek om te zitten.

De douche was wat klein en de douche hing op een manier dat je er niet lekker onder kon staan. Dit was alleen in de ouderbadkamer.

Apartamento con buena distribución. Magnifica terraza y buenas vistas. El aparcamiento es muy cómodo.

Hubo pequeños detalles de mantenimiento. Se nota que ya tiene unos años. Por ejemplo, la puerta del frigorífico, la manguera de la ducha o el tostador no funcionaban bien. Pero en general todo estaba razonablemente bien.

The property was excellent, good size rooms plenty of outdoor space and all the equipment you needed for a comfortable stay inc beach chairs and umbrella. Access to the swimming pool which wasn’t overcrowded and very close by was enjoyable. The views from the property were fabulous as well as the outdoor kitchen area (we didn’t use to cook) Aircon in all bedrooms and lounge area came in handy during the very hot temperatures. The property is on a lovely estate with coded barriers and well maintained all around l. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice , it’s such a pretty/ modern property walkable to local shop / restaurants and beach however a car is advised if you want to explore quieter beaches and other areas .

Having to think about the recycling on a daily basis and then disposing of what hadn’t been collected at the end of the stay at a local facility - it wouldn’t put me off staying there again just more annoying than anything.
