Nous avons aimé le confort, la propreté et l’emplacement de l’appartement. Il manque juste un petit canapé supplémentaire quand le canapé lit est déplié. Quant à l’agence de location, nous avons eu réponse à toutes nos questions presque instantanément. Et l’accueil lors de la remise des clés a été excellent.

Fantastic location in Tarragona, Old building with character.

Double bed quite uncomfortable, but most wierdly, the bathroom pocket door kept sliding opening resulting in a lack privacy..I told the company this and tbey did seem surprised.

The apartment was on the second floor and was bright, airy, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and we slept well throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and good to have the washing machine. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Tarragona's old town, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance. We especially loved sitting on the little balcony overlooking the square it was a lovely place to relax and watch the world go by. The air conditioning worked really well in both the living area and the bedroom, which made the apartment very comfortable, especially in the warmer weather.

The biggest disappointment was the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable to sit on. We didn't use it as a bed, only as seating, but it needs replaced. The only alternative seating was the dining table chairs, which wasn't ideal for relaxing. There was a throw stored in the cupboard that was probably intended for use on the sofa, but unfortunately it didn't smell fresh, so we used a spare sheet instead. We didn't use the cushions either for the same reason. There were only two bath towels, one hand towel, and two toilet rolls provided. We sent a message asking for an additional towel, a couple more toilet rolls, and a washing machine tablet, but our message was ignored. Instead, we were sent a telephone number to call if we needed anything. After calling, it took quite a while to explain this simple request, and when we visited the office in person, there was no one there. The arrival instructions could be clearer. They said the apartment was "up 2 floors", which led us to believe it was on the third floor. In fact, the apartment was on the second floor. We accidentally tried to enter the apartment on the third floor, and we weren't the only ones to make this mistake as another couple tried to get into our apartment for the same reason. A clearer explanation of the floor numbering or simply say apartment Primera, Segona, Tercera. Finally, while the location is excellent, it's worth noting that there were quite a few homeless people in the immediate area because the apartment is very close to a homeless support centre. We never felt threatened, but it's something future guests may wish to be aware of.

Good Location, apartment itself was good and clean

Several issues. No control over the internet(router) as it was a cheap mesh system and the main router was in another apartment. The door locks were badly worn and required a “knack” to work with the key. This lead to quite some frustration. Aircon was barely adequate for the main living area. The toilet lock was broken and the door would not stay closed. This was not pleasant.
