Excellent location- right in the lanes. Plenty of living space and a nice table to people watch. Easy check in and had everything we needed for an over night stay.
Beds comfy and apartment was clean.
Bathroom is tiny as others have said which is fine for a short stay- would be tough if there for a while.
Beds in 2nd floor room very creaky so everytime you roll over it wakes you up.

Posizione strategica. Vicina alla stazione (10 minuti circa a piedi), nella North Lane dove si trovano tutti i locali vintage e i pubs più caratteristici della città. Vicinissimo appartamento al Royal Pavillion e al Brighton Pier. Fantastico. Accogliente appartamento al quale si accede direttamente dal negozio. Sì, non è uno scherzo. Cercate il negozio Sunshine Craft e la proprietaria vi farà entrare dal retro bottega. Ottimo il check in e il check out che si può effettuare direttamente se il negozio è aperto (chiude alle 18,00) o con codice che arriva per messaggio, necessario per aprire il cancello che si trova nella via sottostante e parallela al negozio. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Very easy to pick up keys. The apartment was above a shop, which belonged to the owners.
The bathroom was so tiny, a sliding door from the kitchen. The hand basin was more for a cloakroom,so small!
The bedroom upstairs was very hot, needs a fan, to noisy with the window open wide ( twin beds, not double as advertised). No window in the twin room as it is separated from the lounge area with bi fold doors.
