This was one of the best places I have stayed at. The location is brilliant, the apartment is quite spacious, and it has everything you need. The owner is extremely helpful and she genuinely wants to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again for sure

It was a great little apartment overlooking the pavilion gardens, the perfect location for accessing the theatre and everything that central Brighton has to offer. Wonderfully quiet for the town centre during the week.

We liked everything about the apartment. It had been modernised nicely. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom. The bedding was fresh and very clean. And the wardrobe was a great size. Great location for shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
The Booking.com ad said that parking was available but it wasn't. The ad said 'parking garage with EV charging point'. The welcome pack says 'NO parking available'. We had to pay an extra £70 for 2 nights parking. I could have booked another larger property with parking for less money. Owner Jane did pop round with a bottle of Prosecco as an apology, which was a nice touch. Also, Saturday night there was loud music outside until around 2am so didn't get a lot of sleep. sunday night wasn't much better.
