We had a fantastic stay at Mulberry House. The communication from Seb and Sarah prior to the stay was excellent, the house itself is beautiful with large rooms and lots of bathrooms/en suites, and the location is perfect - just a short walk from the beach. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again another time!

Everything was exceptional- exactly as described and was a brilliant place for a group of friends to stay and have plenty of space to sleep, cook eat and relax. The hot tub was a real bonus as was the garden- having an outdoor seating area to sit and eat and drink together. The house was 5 minutes walk from the sea front where we grabbed fish and chips after a drink in the garden of The Ship. Communication before and during our stay was excellent and the owners were really flexible and accommodated our needs. No reservation in recommending this property: we would definitely love to return.
