Tower House: Award Winning Family Home, 100 Yards from the Sandy Blue Flag Beach

House is superb, everything needed for all the family.

Very nice and big house; kitchen was well equipped (enough crockery, cutlery, cooking pans..); nice bathrooms and bedrooms. There were 3 generations on our week long stay and there were plenty of things to do for the children (inside and outside). Location is great as it is very close to the beach which was quite empty when we were there.

Despite the rain and flooded roads on the way, most of us made it to Mundesley on the Friday night and we had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for our family and met everyone’s needs. It was nice to be able to see the sea from our bedroom windows especially when the sun came out, and walks along the beach were amazing along this stretch of the Norfolk coast. We had a small issue when we arrived but this was swiftly dealt with by the owners and didn’t perturb our stay in anyway. We can highly recommended this beautiful house.

This wonderful house was every bit a home for our 3 generation family break. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and individual with coordinating bedding and soft furnishings. The children loved the themed bedrooms, and the playroom downstairs was a big hit from the 2 year old to the 12 year old. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. Quality towels and some toiletries are provided, making it feel like a hotel. We arrived as the temperature dropped but the house was warm quickly and extremely comfortable. The garden play equipment and the beach toys kept everyone happy. There was everything you could possibly need in the huge family kitchen diner. Plenty of seating for all in the two adjoining lounge areas. Tower House is in the perfect spot for family beach fun and coastal walks. Sunday lunch at The Ship Inn was excellent too. We don't hesitate to recommend Tower House.

The house was perfect for us, very sociable for a family gathering and we had Avril from Chef2Dine4 on the Saturday night and the food was amazing as well Lovely walks to the beach, pub nearby, coffee shops everything you needed really

We were a multigenerational family of 9 adults and 6 children aged 4 to 11 years The access to the beach was fantastic and the house and garden provided enough for the children to be occupied all week. While they entertained themselves the adults enjoyed socialising in the kitchen The kitchen table was big enough for us all to be seated as did the outside seating. The whole house was well equipped and the only thing that could have enhanced our time would have been the provisions of a few more board games and paper / crayons for the older children on wet days Everyone voted to come again next year

Our family weekend holiday consisted of adults and children from 2 - 85 years of age. Tower House contained everything we could possibly want. The children played in the garden or in the playroom which meant the adults could relax. The kitchen was well supplied. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The garage contained all anyone could require for a day on the beach. The beach is fabulous and a very short walk away. We didn’t use the cars apart from collecting fish and chips from the village chippy which were delicious. We had a drink at the Ship Inn and sat in the garden while the children played. We went to the mini golf which was good fun. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

We enjoyed stopping at Tower House especially the children as it was well equipped for children, they had so much fun in the playroom and the garden so well equipped. The kitchen was a dream two fridges which we needed and all the equipment just brilliant. Hope to stay there again sometime. Thank you from the Mann family.

Lots to do and the house wax excellent. Everything you could beef wax provided.

We had a lovely stay here! 12 adults 5 children ranging from 8 weeks old - 9 years old. Perfect for all ages. Lots to do at the house, plus a lovely beach a stones throw away! We will be returning :)

As previous reviewers have said, this is is a very large well equipped house and was perfect for our Christmas get together. When we arrived, there was a tree up and lots of Christmas decorations, so we were in holiday mood immediately. The surfers and body boarders in the family were delighted with the proximity of the beach. The cooks were pleased to find the kitchen had everything they needed for festive meals- in particular huge pots for cooking ham and soup. (One very minor gripe not enough tea towels or cloths for mopping up - have told owner but maybe pack a few!) Children (9 months to 12 years) kept happy - most of the time - with all the toys and games. WiFi excellent. TV barely used so can't comment on that - except to say sign of a good holiday!!

Wow. What an amazing property. Literally had everything you might need home from home. House is super comfy, large and really well designed. If you’re a family of adults to kids, it has it all. Location 200ft from the beach. We have spent many of the last years walking the Suffolk coast. Have to say the walk of over 7 miles to Cromer on a warm and sunny October Saturday was spectacular (mostly on the beach). Would highly recommend the house and village.

We have just had the most amazing weekend with family at Tower House for a 60th birthday celebration. The house is beautifully decorated. We partly chose this house because it had a large table in the kitchen and a large dining table which could seat all 14 people in our group at the same time. The playroom was a huge hit with the toddler that was with us she particularly loved the dressing up clothes. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to spend time in the garden which, again had a large table and plenty of chairs and a large play area, another hit! A couple of minutes walk to the the beach. Tower House was very well equipped with everything that you could hope for and was like a home away from home. I would certainly recommend and would stay again.

Our family of 10 adults and 6 grandchildren had the most wonderful time at Tower House. The children had a fabulous time playing in the garden and playroom, they loved the themed bedrooms too. The location is great, a very short walk to the beach, a lovely pub on the doorstep serving great food and very generous portions also having a very good play area for the children. We had a day out at Bewilderwood which the children loved. The house is also perfect for family dining with everything you need for cooking. The hosts were really helpful in providing a new BBQ as the existing ones weren’t usable. We hired a hot tub from the recommended supplier which was great fun. Fab holiday thank you Tower House 😁

What an amazing house! It has all been a wonderful experience for our 3 generational family. The children were so excited to find the playroom and outside play equipment. The dressing up clothes were a great success with the older ones and the youngest just wanted to look in all the boxes and chase the others with a doll's buggy. The swings outside were a favourite along with the trampoline. The beach was so close we could go even in the evening. Body boarding was a super new experience they loved. The adults enjoyed the space both inside and out. The kitchen worked so well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were stylish and spacious. The amazing weather found us relaxing and star gazing at night on the outside seating area. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Absolutely amazing space and facilities for our mixed age party of 13 people ranging in age from 10 to 77 years …..Very well equipped with just about anything you could possibly need and a bit more besides ! The only comment I would make is that the steepish stairs and limited handrail would be a challenge to those with mobility issues

Tower House has everything you could want for a fabulous family break. Was immaculately clean throughout and very comfortable. The adults had a relaxing time and the kids loved running about the garden and playing on the play equipment. The beach is so close you can hear the waves breaking on the shore. The Ship Inn pub was very close by and the food was excellent. A lovely time was had by all. Would thoroughly recommend Tower House to anybody.

Unfortunately two families could not come due to covid, so four of us rattled around in a big property. However the property is wonderful and we enjoyed the weekend despite not turning out as we'd hoped. Reading was difficult in the bedroom due to low level lighting.

A truly wonderful weekend away at this stunning property! Everything we needed and could’ve asked for was catered for and for all ages! The rooms were lovely and spacious, the sitting rooms comfy and the playroom for the little ones had everything they needed and then there was the garden, they loved it all, we barely saw them! The kitchen was the hub and had everything and not to mention the roulette wheel in the dining room for the adults playtime - just a fantastic home full of things to do or not do as you pleased. The Ship Inn nearby was a delight to eat too! Thank you Caroline we would love to come back xx

Perfect property for a large family get together, plenty to keep the younger ones amused and plenty of room for the adults too. The location was just what we were looking for, near to the sea and near to a good pub that does decent food all ages would enjoy.

The property has been set up for large groups of all ages ranges brilliantly, they have thought of everything, we would defiantly stay here again

Such a lovely house, well kitted out. Has everything you could ever need. Everything that you forget when you go on holiday, you don’t have to worry its there and waiting for you! Nice quiet location, plenty of parking, so close to the beach!

We loved this house - was great for the kids and sooo well equipped with everything you could possibly think of! It's very difficult to add anything negative as it was just the perfect place for our large group however a could of things to feedback: There were only 2 highchairs (although 3 listed on the website), couldn't turn the heating down in the "pirate bedroom" and the stair gates were a little precarious... Other than that, we couldn't fault it - we'll be back for years to come I'm sure

I rented this property for a surprise weekend away with all our family for my partner's 60th birthday. Our age ranges were from 6 months to 80 years and there was something here for everyone. So much thought has gone into making this an absolute home from home and much more. For the babies and toddlers there was a large play room, complete with toys for all ages, dressing up items, books, puzzles and even a games table - they were in their element and kept them quiet and entertained the whole stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, and became the central hub for our stay as it also has a huge dining area with table and overlooks the garden. Unfortunately because of the weather, the children couldn't really play out there, but they did explore and it was fab for them. The dining table also became our games table with games of cards, Scrabble, Jenga and many more family games being played there. The bedrooms were all good sizes, comfortable and with everything provided, (bedding etc); the children's room was perfect and they loved the pirate theme. Bathrooms were modern and large, each with their own shower and bath and again totally equipped for the children and babies. (baby bath and toys). The lounge area was great - TV included Sky Cinema and Sky Sports and plenty of DVDs. Also a small library/sitting area with books to read and a Karaoke machine which provided a great night's entertainment. The sea is visible from some of the bedrooms and is only a short walk from the house. There are some great walks too and although we were there in December, when the weather allowed we were able to take the kids down to the beach for them to walk along and play. We dined out at the Ship Inn one lunch time which highly recommend (accommodated all 18 of us - pre booked) and we had also arranged for Avril from Chef 2 Dine 4 to come and cook for us on another day (my partner's 60th birthday) - again can't recommend enough. Overall, this property has everything a family needs. As I said before, so much thought has gone into the detail and because of that, we had a brilliant experience and a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again as a family or with friends. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We were here for weekend and had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked, everything you could possibly need. If you had small children in your party the house was fantastic as lots of things for them to do here. The location is perfect you leave the house and your walk along the beach begins immediately so no car needed which was great. Walking distant of a couple of pubs 👍� Would definitely choose this house again for our next one

A most enjoyable week in a well equipped property made even better by the most amazing weather (probably the only bit of summer this year)!!! Would recommend.
