    I reached and ask for water , they said we don't give & after that he gave , , asked for for water bottles in morning, he denied & said we don't have , they were literally not supportive , others ok

    Property is good but poorly managed, poor customer service, stinky bathroom and no bedsheet under blanket. Blankets should be in a cover or there should be a bedsheet under it. My room didn’t have a towel and I didn’t ask for one as l wasn’t going to use what they would give. No WiFi on first floor, only downstairs - I was told upstairs wifi just broke due to customer error. Need something go down to the reception and they won’t answer the WhatsApp number either. It is cheap and you get what you pay for.
