    Our stay here was a very disappointing experience. Although the location is good, the service and overall experience were nowhere near the value for money expected. The charges were applied to all family members, including children, yet the quality of service provided was extremely poor. The amenities mentioned in the brochure were not provided as promised. Even drinking water was chargeable, with the hotel stating that only one bottle would be provided per day for a family of five. The washroom in the family room was excessively narrow and inconvenient to use. Another frustrating aspect was that the staff appeared to require approval from the chairman for almost every request, making even basic requirements unnecessarily difficult to address. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Despite its good location, I would not recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

    The hotel is located a little outside the town on highways which is good for peaceful stay. The ambience, room space and cleanliness were exceptional.

    Our feelings are mixed for this property. On one side, the rooms are large, and the property and the rooms are clean by and large. On the other hand, facilities leave a lot to be desired. There were two power failures during our stay of half and hour length plus, and the backup power didn't kick in. AC in the room was weak. We had to ask for toiletries and basic supplies, even hot water. There was no hand wash in the washroom next to the restaurant, despite being reminded twice.
