Zona este foarte liniștită. Accesul se face foarte ușor. Apartamentul este foarte spațios. Se află la parterul blocului, cu intrare din stradă. Dispune de un spațiu în aer liber unde se poate servi o cafea și fuma (pentru fumători). Are loc de parcare.

Trebuie lucrat la capitolul curățenie. Din fericire a existat lenjerie curată în dressing (chiar există un dressing) și am putut schimba toată lenjeria de pat, care părea folosită.
