The location was good
The booking was made detailing Bluebell Lodge was at Pine |Lake Resort. Misrepresentation as it was at South Lakes Village

Clean interior, well equipped.
Initial access was poor.
Nowhere on the information did it say you had to walk to the lodge to get the keys to enable access through the barrier.
It was extremely hot and the lodge would of benefitted from fans to help alleviate some of the heat.
Information on where to put your rubbish would have been helpful, especially as we could of recycled most of our waste.
Patio furniture would have benefitted from a clean.
Unhappy that access to the pool was £12 each per day, where was this information beforehand?
