We encountered some problems with our initial booking in Phuket which cancelled on us at the last minute. Baan Niru was a close alternative that took us in, provided us with clean lodging and free water. The owner was so kind and even runs a massage place down the street.
A/C was strong and place was clean with a ref and comfortable beds.
The bathroom had a certain smell from the drain but could easily be overlooked because of all the postiives.
