 ma grande surprise et à deux reprises le logeur voulait me faire payer les frais d'électricité et ainsi que la connection Wifi .

Alors, j'ai refusé de payer.
To my great surprise, the landlord tried to make me pay for electricity and Wi-Fi on two separate occasions—even though this wasn't mentioned in the rental terms. So, I refused to pay.
The air conditioning isn't working well.
