El piso es tranquilo (se descansa bien) y bien ubicado, en pleno centro y muy cerca de supermercados. El anfitrión es cordial y atento. El piso interior está limpio y cuidado, y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables.
No todo el piso tiene aire acondicionado. Dos de las habitaciones cuentan con ventilador de techo e hizo algo de calor en ellas. Las altas sillas de la mesa del comedor resultan incómodas a la hora de comer. El acceso al piso es por unas escaleras altas y no cuidadas.

Sijainti oli aivan loistava, kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin lyhyt kävelymatka. Asunnossa oli hyvin tilaa, se oli viihtyisä ja siisti. Kaupungin melu ei kuulunut sinne ollenkaan. Kommunikointi majoittajan kanssa sujui hyvin. Mielellämme yövymme siellä uudestaankin.
Ulko-oven avaaminen oli vähän haastavaa- vinkiksi muille matkustajille että se toimii hyvin kun vetää avainta hieman ulospäin.
