Największym plusem jest lokalizacja. Rzut beretem na rynek, blisko na Ostrów Tumski. Świetna bazą wypadową na cały Poznań. Mieszkanie przestronne i jasne.
Mieszkanie dobrze wygląda na zdjęciach, ale było dość brudno i w zasadzie do czego człowiek nie dotknął to miało się wrażenie, że zaraz się rozpadnie. Garnki w kuchni tragedia. Brak kawy do ekspresu, nie leciała zimną woda do wanny, tylko gorąca.. umywalka praktycznie zapchana a kran ledwo się trzymał. Plisy brudne. Jest tv, ale bez anteny, więc jak nie masz własnego dostępu do serwisów i konta google to nic nie obejrzysz.
