It’s a comfortable flat a few mins walk from old street.
My partner and I have stayed for two nights during the recent heatwave in London. While the flat did get very hot, we had two fans provided by the owners that were very helpful.
It can be a bit loud at night - cars /ambulances etc passing by - but that’s what you expect when you are in a central location in London.
The staff responded promptly to all my messages on booking.com which was very appreciated.

The flat was beautiful, airy and bright. They had great amenities like washer dryer, oven., fridge, ironing, wifi etc
We were there when it was hot, and the flat got to 30⁰ inside, there was one fan, and an air conditioning unit that did not have the pump for the hot air that comes out the back so we couldn't stay in the flat until near nighttime. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable

Incredible location - and close to our daughter! Well laid out and comfortable flat and generally well equipped.
Some extra kitchen equipment - baking sheets, serving bowls...
Very noisy especially with the motorbikes!
