A localização e o facto de ter tudo o que era preciso na cozinha, incluindo café, chá e até azeite e outros temperos. Foi muito simpático! Quarto confortável e com bela vista para o lago. Varanda espaçosa e acolhedora. Ar condicionado nos 3 espaços: quarto, sala de comer e cozinha (que tem sofá cama muito confortável )
A porta de entrada deixa passar vento frio da rua , que nesta época do ano em que fomos foi desagradável, sentia-se frio na cozinha , que no meu caso era o quarto, pois dormi no sofá cama, e o ar condicionado não aquecia o suficiente esse espaço. Difícil estacionar a qualquer hora, poucos lugares, é preciso esperar que vague um e depois só se pode deixar por 2h de cada vez. De noite pode ficar todo o tempo.

Impressive location among historic buildings and narrow streets, with a wonderful view of the lake and a canal flowing just below the apartment. The apartment is new, very professionally furnished, and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can imagine it being even more beautiful in summer, especially with the balcony.
The host was kind, responsive, and professional, and check-in was quick and smooth.
Parking is available from about 450 meters away, and some parking spots are accessed via stairs, which may be less convenient with luggage but manageable with prior planning.
