Modern 2bed Apt with pool access step from The O2

Lovely clean accommodation. Kitchen well equipped. Large bathroom.

Misleading pool access as isnt anywhere near the apartment its in a gym. Collect keys from shop luckily was en route. Could do with a oven glove

Location to the O2, albeit 20 minutes walk (or a quick 2 GBP bus ride) away, is hard to beat — especially during a tube strike. Nice neighborhood all around, modern building. The apartment itself was otherwise as advertised, modern, fairly clean, with a large living room and kitchenette. Bed was OK and, as a bonus, had plenty of USB chargers next to it already.

I think the apartment would be great if only communication was better and its marketing didn't try and promise the moon: It started with picking up the keys — at a convenience store 6 minutes away from the apartment, with a code that was only shared online (so you absolutely need a data plan) past 5pm the day of my arrival. For the pool (which is another 20min walk away) I was only shared the exact location at 10pm the day before my departure(!) — when the pool is only open 9am–9pm. The sauna wasn't even spoken of. The wifi codes were also only shared after requesting them through booking.com. The AC, as far as I could tell, is basically a glorified fan, not an actual AC. The couch was much smaller than pictured, and there were fewer additional facilities (no office desk, dining table). Otherwise (that's more of a general travel advice) Greenwich is a nice area, but a bit sparse on food options.
