Modern 2bed Apt with pool access step from The O2

Lovely clean accommodation. Kitchen well equipped. Large bathroom.

Misleading pool access as isnt anywhere near the apartment its in a gym. Collect keys from shop luckily was en route. Could do with a oven glove

Information about access to the property was late coming so I was already there with no idea how to access before I got the message directing me to a shop I had already passed for key collection. No Information at the apartment regarding WiFi Information or pool access. I had to contact owner who advised he "forgot" to tell me pool was under maintenance so not available. However I saw no evidence of where this pool was. He provided WiFi password but not network so we had to try several before finding correct one. The apartment was sparsely furnished & decorated The bedroom only had the bed, no lamps, bedside tables, etc. The living room a sofa bed, coffee table and TV with stand. No pictures on the wall, broken blinds, grubby marks on wall and stains on carpets and sofa bed. Plus a puddle of water in the living room. The TV has no normal channels however Prime was left logged in so was able to watch a film. However, Information about this would've been useful. The bathroom was nice but no sign of sauna mentioned in apartment details. However this was not a particular issue for us. Perhaps owner has more than one property and details have been mixed up.
