The location was amazing, loved the outdoor patio area!!
We couldn’t get the AC to work seeing as we were there for the pond skim it was warming up. Had to open all windows bc it was too hot. They take a deposit. Which I’m not complaining about it the fact that after I cleaned up after my family very well they told us we broke the bunk which was a screw lose on the top bunk and and board under bed which I didn’t notice on my last walk through so they contacted me and decided on their on without talking to booking or myself to retake my $300. Which they’re not allowed to do and we didn’t break anything. This was the first time going to wintergreen, might not make it a thing seeing as I rent $2000 homes in massanutten and never have any issues and always get my deposits back.
