Although ski season was over, we loved staying at this mountain chalet. The location fit what we wanted to do perfectly. Very clean, full of great amenities. Thank you so much!

Excellent house with everything you need (except a Keurig - but several other kinds of coffee makers were there). Hosts were great with communication. Walking distance to skiing, and a great jacuzzi to ease the muscles at night.

We had a fabulous stay at your property and we so enjoyed the most precious gift of the season - spending time together! The house was so warm, welcoming and the design facilitated family dinners, game time, and just relaxing! We loved the resort, too! The property was very unclean. The front porch was left completely in disarray. There was mice poop in the kitchen island drawers. There were cigarette butts and an empty beer can laying around the hot tub. The hot tub had sediment on all the seats. There was trash under the couch in the living room and dirty clothes and trash under the master bed on the main floor. The closets have broken hangers hanging and some on the floor. There are super dirty (yellow) pillows in the closets. When asked to pay for a late checkout, I was told they could not do that due to cleaning such a large property. Well, your cleaning company is just doing surface cleaning.
