Excellent location on a quiet housing estate. Beefeater nearby for meals if needed. Good parking facilities. Very helpful, friendly host. Comfortable bed and hot drink facilities in room. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Excellent value for money.

I was greeted and given the keys. The room is a good size. The room itself was very clean. Bed is squeaky but i like the charm as its a metal frame. You have an extension for electronics. Theres a TV but didnt use tbh. The bathroom was clean you had a kettle and one downstairs. The kitchen has all you need to make meals but i tended to buy meals when out. The patio needs renovating that was a blunder by previous owners years ago. The host was upfront about everything which was great imo

Location was great just a bus ride away from the town centre
The bed was quite squeaky when ever you moved I'm a real fidgety sleeper so didnt get a lot of sleep,there was also nowhere to hang up my clothes ,not even a hook on the door to hang up my coat,the lock on the door did not lock felt a little vulnerable as a man was staying in the room next door
