    The hotel is clean, I didn't smell any smoking inside the facility. Ver kind staff, and excellent customer service. The only issue is that the AC is very small, it's not enough to cool even the small room where I was. Other than that everything is perfect. I will give them five stars for their service.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق من أفضل التجارب التي مررت بها. منذ لحظة الوصول وجدت ترحيبًا راقيًا وتعاملًا احترافيًا من جميع الموظفين، بدءًا من موظفي البوابة وحتى فريق التدبير الفندقي (Housekeeping)، حيث كان الجميع في غاية الاحترام والود والتعاون. أود أن أتقدم بشكر خاص **للأستاذة بسمة و الاستاذة الهام** في قسم الاستقبال (Reception)، فقد كانت مثالًا للرقي المهني وحسن التعامل، وساهمت بشكل كبير في جعل إقامتي مريحة ومميزة من خلال تعاونها واهتمامها ومساعدتها المستمرة، كما قامت إدارة الفندق مشكورة بعمل ترقية للغرفة (Upgrade)، وهو ما ترك لدي انطباعًا رائعًا عن مستوى الاهتمام بالضيوف. الفندق جديد ونظيف جدًا، والغرف مريحة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز، كما أن موقعه مميز وهادئ ويوفر الراحة والخصوصية بعيدًا عن الضوضاء. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الضيافة والخدمة الراقية، وأوصي بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وبكل تأكيد ستكون زيارتي القادمة له من أول الخيارات. مع خالص الشكر والتقدير My stay at this hotel was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm welcome and professional service from all the staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly respectful, friendly, and helpful. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Basma at reception. She was a model of professionalism and excellent service, and her cooperation, attention, and constant assistance greatly contributed to making my stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel management also kindly upgraded my room, which left a wonderful impression of their level of care for guests. The hotel is new and very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and excellently equipped. Its location is also excellent—quiet and peaceful, offering comfort and privacy away from the noise. I thank all the staff for their hospitality and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel, and it will definitely be one of my first choices on my next visit.
