Skyline Stays 1BR 2 Beds City View

It was cosy, neat and clean. Great view. Staff fantastic

We couldn’t use the balcony. But it didn’t matter that much it was a great stay.

This is an excellent apartment to stay for short or long stays. Located at the heart of South Bank, very near to CBD, Woolies in front building, tram just 2 mins walk and beautiful city view from 14th floor.. I simply loved it..You get everything in the apartment, it feels like a cozy place. Enjoyed my stay the first time and booked it again :) The host of this property is very friendly and will never make you feel stranger in a new place.. Must recommend booking this property anytime you wanna stay near CBD.

Host was great, communication was prompt which made check in easy, also very accommodating to let me check out late on short notice. Apartment was cute, has a funky layout, well equipped for a smaller apartment - balcony was pretty big with a nice view. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

Property was in a good spot, close to the main areas. Lovely pool and gym

Property was somewhat clean with clean linen and towels. However shower was filthy with hair in the drain still and on the walls. Also had used pimple patches on the soap bottles which was quite gross. Place also had a very odd smell, perhaps food that was cooked. Even walked into all windows and balcony door opened as either the owner or people before us must’ve known it was a bad smell. I unfortunately went to the Woolies and paid $60 for cleaning supplies and room sprays as it was almost impossible to air out the place. Horrible parking as well, street parking was a joke as it was only metered 3 hour parking and there was no other option aside from paying $18 an every 12 hours across the road or renting from the owner which was another $50 that I spent on top of payment for the property. Which if the spot isn’t taken and it’s his for the apartment. I don’t see why I needed to pay for it on top of fee to stay there.
