Big enough place. Clean. A little older but that made it more affordable. All the beds are downstairs and they did blast her air conditioner in that one room which was mine when we arrived.
Did not start the air conditioner upstairs which is good efficiency wise but meant that the second floor was unusable until the second night after turning on the air conditioner. Even then, it was still pretty hot. We essentially felt confined to the bedroom and downstairs bathroom for the two nights we were there. Their pillows were overstuffed which made for very big pillows. Would have preferred a little thinner pillow but that is nitpicking. Was about 15 minutes walk from Shibuya crossing.
