He Villa Kristal is run by a very nice Chinese family. They work hard to keep it clean and comfortable. Thankfully their son does speak English. It’s a short walk (2-3 minutes) to a bus stop that gets you to the Castle Hill or over to the Pest side. The ride is bumpy but it’s only 10 minutes to the Pest side. It’s down hill to the bus stop and up hill to the hotel. There’s a gas station and Spar Express near the bus stop so you can pick up water and snacks easily. The bed was comfortable. The owners have a small restaurant on site. You can get real Chinese food!

The chairs and table are suited for smaller people. I had to work a bit online and found the chairs to be comfortable. A small pillow would help to support the back. Also getting in and out of the shower was tight. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, ask for a room closer to the bottom floor.

It was clean and it had everything I needed for a 1-night stay.

The furniture and design is not so modern but is a basic 2-star hotel so my expectations were not so high.
