The location is excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The condo has everything you could need.
The condo is very outdated and looks very well used. There were fans and lights that didn’t work. There was a hole in one wall, slats broken off doors, and one outer door completely broken off. The carpet is stained and just looks nasty, which is gross since you can’t wear shoes inside. It would be nice if the owner would put some work into the condo to fix things and make it look nicer.
