This was our very first accommodation after arriving in Japan, so naturally we were a little nervous. We were traveling as a family of five with three children, and we hoped everything would go smoothly after a long international journey. From the moment we received the check-in instructions, we felt reassured. The communication from the host was professional, detailed, and easy to follow, making our arrival completely stress-free. When we opened the door, we were genuinely and pleasantly surprised. The apartment was even better than we had expected. It was spacious, exceptionally clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged. The two-storey layout gave everyone enough personal space. The ground floor had a comfortable master bedroom, a clean separate shower room and toilet, a washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen with an induction stove, refrigerator, cookware, plates, cutlery, and everything needed for a family stay. Upstairs were two more bedrooms with comfortable futons, which our children absolutely loved. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the entire apartment felt welcoming and well maintained. The location was another major advantage—only about four minutes’ walk from Tokyo Skytree, with easy access to stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping. It became the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Our first impression of Japan could not have been better, and this accommodation played a huge role in making us feel comfortable and at home from day one.

Honestly, nothing significant. Everything was exactly as described, clean, functional, and well organized. We were so happy with our experience that we chose to stay here again for our final night in Tokyo before flying home.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property during our family trip to Japan, and we intentionally booked it again for our final night because we enjoyed it so much the first time. It proved once again to be an excellent choice. The house is spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. We were a family of five (two adults and three children aged 14, 12, and 8), and there was more than enough space for everyone. The ground floor features a comfortable master bedroom with wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, sink, refrigerator/freezer, cookware, plates, cups, cutlery and chopsticks, plus a washing machine. The shower room and toilet are separate, modern, and impeccably clean. The air conditioning throughout the house was excellent, especially during the Tokyo summer. Upstairs are two beautiful, quiet rooms, each with two clean and comfortable futon beds, making it ideal for families. The entire property feels bright, comfortable, and welcoming. Communication from the host was outstanding. The check-in instructions were clear, detailed, and very easy to follow. What impressed us the most was the kindness shown when we requested a late checkout because our international flight was at 10:25 p.m. Although the normal checkout time was 11:00 a.m., the host very generously allowed us to stay until around 5:00 p.m. at no extra hassle. That level of hospitality made the final day of our trip completely stress-free, and we are sincerely grateful. The location is another major highlight. Tokyo Skytree is only about a 5-minute walk away, while both Oshiage Station and Tokyo Skytree Station are less than 10 minutes on foot. Across the nearby bridge, there are several halal-friendly dining options, which was greatly appreciated by our family. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and very clean, with a beautiful riverside nearby.

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Everything was clean, comfortable, well organized, and exactly as described. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Upstairs rooms smelled humid, and gets in the way of resting. The ACs were able to keep me from opening the windows but but were not really cooling past 'room temperature' . Welcomed to fire alarms going off because they were low battery. Not very happy with over all stay
