Praktisches Apartment, gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet, zwei sehr schöne Balkone mit toller Aussicht und sehr bequeme große Betten. Sehr viele und nahe Parkmöglichkeiten um die Jahreszeit (Februar). Lage sehr gut, nahe am Strand und zur Stadt Santa Pola. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, geräumig und im 2 OG gelegen (kein Aufzug).
Die Wohnung gehört einer Gesellschaft, die sich einer Check-in-Software bedient, um sich offenbar juristisch vollständig abzusichern und eine Kaution in Höhe von 350 € (statt 300 € wie angegeben) über einen Bezahldienstleister zu hinterlegen. Dies hat leider nicht fehlerfrei funktioniert. Allerdings konnten wir dann nach einiger whatsapp-Kommunikation ohne die Kaution zu hinterlegen in das Aparment.

Really bad smell in general, ants in the kitchen and air conditioning would not turn off. Very old air conditioning system.
