The apartment itself is nice, spacious and well located. Overall, the property has everything needed for a comfortable family stay and we had no issue with the apartment itself apart from the maintenance problems mentioned below.

Unfortunately, the management by Domidai was extremely poor. When we made the reservation in April, I specifically wrote “Parking needed” and received the reply: “Sin problema! Ya que el apartamento cuenta con parking :)” (“No problem! The apartment has/comes with parking”). In reality, no parking associated with the apartment was made available to us and we had to rely on public street parking, which was often full in the evening. The shower in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom was broken from the day we arrived. The person who handed us the keys was aware of it and informed the agency, and we contacted Domidai several times ourselves. We stayed for almost two weeks and left without the shower being repaired and without any solution for the parking. We also contacted Booking.com during our stay, but despite several follow-ups, no effective solution was provided before our departure. Unfortunately, we received many apologies but no actual solution.
