Being right in the beach and the price was not bad. Close to a lot of restaurants.
Door was a little hard and the lock for it was difficult to do.

The location is convenient to our favorite place, Funland.
There is a welcoming feeling as soon as you open the door to the condo.
The condo is decorated Florida style, and I love it!
The walk out to the beach is simple, and easy to maneuver
I think the mattress may be a memory foam, and I'm not a fan of that style; The parking situation is not great, but it's not bad either. I would rather park on the property site, than across the street in a lot, when the on site parking is full. I'm glad there is overflow close by though.
