the bed was comfortable
noisy dogs barking next door
several items listed in the facilities description were not there ...pool loungers / chairs
bedside lamps had no globes and one had no wall socket access
the daily housekeeping was misleading ... villa cleaned only upon checkout
no safe way to enter and exit the pool ....I'm 70 and need a ladder!
the kitchette had mugs but no glasses
no coffee / tea / sugar if u wanted to make ur own hot drink
I left a day early ....would rather lose the cost of a night than be unhappy there
the second bathroom ,which I didn't use had no sink
the main ensuite had no towel racks ...did have an outside foldable rack however
I understand it's only new but for the prices charged I expected more
$$$$
