Everything was wonderful! The location is 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment is located on a quiet street between two canals, with a view of the Campanile di San Marco from the terrace. The apartment is two-story and located on the second floor of the building, requiring two flights of stairs. The ground floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor has a kitchen, living room, and steps to the terrace. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, and the second floor also has one. It has everything you need and even more (A coffee machine and capsules, a washing machine, shampoos and soap...) The apartment's design is magnificent, everything is wooden and very well decorated. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were greeted and shown everything. We were delighted!

There were mosquitoes in August. You have to close the bathroom doors. It's probably a seasonal phenomenon in Venice, because I haven't encountered anything like this in Venice in the fall or winter.

We liked the location and the furniture/lay out of the rooms.

There were a lot of mosquitoes (without nets installed in the window. The first floor is still under renovation and brigs dirt and cement to other areas of the building.

It is a gorgeous apartment with a beautiful terrace. The rooms are huge. The bathrooms are great. The kitchen is well stocked. The staff were friendly and easy to get a hold of. We were six people and very comfortable there.

Nothing I didn’t like. One suggestion would be to get a drying rack for clothes. As it was hard to find places to dry our clothes.
