Le balcon seule touche authentique du bâtiment avec une belle vue. L'appartement est neuf, la très grande armoire dans la chambre. La qualité de la literie, la taille de la douche. L'appartement est très bien isolé. Le grand parking.

La photo du bâtiment n'est pas à jour et notre appartement se trouvait dans le bâtiment de gauche que l'on ne voit pratiquement pas sur la photo. La qualité du matériel de cuisine : la première machine à café était en panne, la deuxième n'a pas réussi à faire le troisième café. L'absence d'étagère dans la salle de bain, de porte manteau pour accrocher les vêtements mouillés, l'impossibilité d'étendre les serviettes pour les faire sécher. Une grande télé c'est bien mais un canapé pour la regarder et une connexion internet stable c'est mieux. Et pourquoi avoir fixé la table au mur ? La chaise se retrouve dans l'entrée de la chambre. Mais ce que nous avons le moins aimé c'est le fait d'avoir à déposer une caution de 200e. Votre hôte ne vous fait pas confiance mais nous on doit lui faire confiance car il n'y a pas d'état des lieux contradictoire à l'entrée et à la sortie du logement.

- having to pay 200 Euro deposit (twice, because if you rebook, you have to pay again) (though I got all the money back within 4 days) - online check-in is really detailed: you have to take pictures of all the ID-s, give all the data to all people + you have to give all your card details on an unknown site because of the deposite (By the time you have to pay it and see that your card details are needed, you already paid through Booking, so you either risk or loose your money, disposable card didn't work :( ) - the communication with the host was weird... yes, the answers come fast, but it seems to be AI based, the answers are sometimes inadequate and not at all helpful. It functions well until you have problems, sadly we had some: we booked for 4 and the room was prepared for 2, so no sheets, no blankets, no pillowcase... and no help and no appologies from the host. (We solved it on our own.) Then I asked if we could stay in the same room, if I booked for another night. The answer was yes. I booked and asked again with emphasising which room we are staying , the answer was still yes. Next morning after 9 I got a message, that we have to move out and can only get in in the afternoon, telling me that it was my fault, because I booked another room (you have no chance to book the same, because all look familiar with similar description, although even the equipments are not the same and I paid more for the second room, although it was smaller and we didn't get a drying rack), they could have easily checked if our room was free, when I wrote them for the first time. - On the day we left, a man came into our room with a key at 10:00 am, he found my husband there got surprised, my husband asked him what he wanted but he didn't really say anything. I reported and I was told it was probably a member of the cleaning staff who got confused by the cleaning schedule, but the whole scene was really weird.
