The apartment was completely renewed in April 2019. The interior was made from regional solid wood. The 3 bedrooms are carpeted. One bedroom has a separate bathroom and toilet. In another there is an additional single bed. The cozy kitchen has a sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

The Grünholz snack station with its spacious holiday apartments is in a quiet location on the sunny plateau of Itter, in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, and right next to the practice lift of the Wilder-Kaiser Brixental ski area. The special Tyrolean charm, coupled with a high level of comfort and various sports facilities make Grünholz a perfect vacation home for families, sports enthusiasts and guests looking for relaxation.
