Saltwater Daze - Hosted

Amanda was so welcoming. Arriving at Saltwater Daze after a long drive from Sydney we were warmly welcomed, like family, by Amanda. The property was thoughtfully organized for guests. The house was beautifully warm and our family of five slept well. One of our kids slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very comfortable. It was a great first stop on our Sydney to Melbourne (via the coast) trip.

Be aware that on a Friday night local eateries close by 7 or 7.30. We just made it to the last fish and chip shop in time to order dinner. (It was delicious, freshly caught that day, so no wonder they all close early if they are up catching their fish in the early mornings!)

A very comfortable and thoughtful space, you can feel the heartfelt care the host gives to her guests to make you feel welcome and at home. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again and recommend this to anyone looking to visit Batemans Bay. Quiet leafy location extremely close to beautiful coastline and beaches/bays.

The location was in close to all beaches wanted to visit. It was very peaceful. The facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Having our own toilet & bathroom was exceptional.

Our host could not have been more hospitable. We felt comfortable in her house, we were told right from the start use as your own home. She did not crowd us or or her but on the last night shared a meal and conversation.
