Check-in with lockbox was super convenient, we requested an early check in as we were attending an event. Request was easily met, which was awesome. Room was clean, had all the things we needed, a/c was fantastic. We will consider using again for more overnight stays.

Location, newness
Low privacy - in a tight-night caravan park. Paperwork - have to sign lengthy tenancy agreement. No wifi. Lighting - terribly bright ceiling light or nothing.
