Nothing negative to say. Staff were also very understanding people as they had issues with a previous tenant before myself.

The apartment had a very good location in a quiet area, and the beds were very comfortable. Even though one bedroom faced the train station, there was almost no noise, so it did not disturb us at all. The apartment looked modern with a nice renovated interior and pleasant grey colours. I also appreciated that the host responded quickly when we informed them that bedding for one guest was missing. Extra bedding, pillows, and blankets were brought very quickly, which was a big plus. Clean towels, disposable slippers, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were also provided.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty. There was dust everywhere, the tables and sink were covered in streaks, and it honestly felt like the apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The floors were extremely dirty our socks became black almost immediately after taking off our shoes. The fridge, shelves, and oven were also dirty. The freezer contained random leftover food items, and there were bags and other unnecessary products left in the cupboards, which made the kitchen feel messy and unprepared for guests. We also could not find a chopping board at all. The shower in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen was not properly equipped for five guests: most of the dishes were plastic, there were only two glass mugs for hot drinks, and only three chairs at the dining table even though the apartment was listed for five people. Overall, the apartment has potential because of the good location and modern interior, but the poor cleanliness and lack of proper equipment left us with very mixed feelings about the stay.
