The hotel owner was very understanding and caring, as my son wasn't feeling well. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful 😊 He handles everything at the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic view, especially at sunset 👍 Its location is perfect for early morning hot air balloon rides 😉

The manager greeted us in the lobby and allowed us to choose our preferred payment method. Our room had an en suite bathroom and a balcony, and it was clean with sparkling linens. The breakfast was delicious; we believe we had the best food in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Luxor! The hotel is wonderful in its decor and cleanliness. The staff were extremely kind. They gave us excellent recommendations about Luxor and arranged everything for us. They contacted drivers and provided us with a ready-made breakfast for our early flight to Cairo. We highly recommend it.
