We loved all the friendly and helpful staff! We truly appreciated the exquisite architecture and decor, and the attention to detail. The hotel's impeccable service made us feel like royalty. It was a truly unique experience.

Impressed with the owner and staff, they are attentive and helpful in everything. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, they helped arrange the car, booked the balloons, and it was cheaper than booking it yourself.

This place is absolutely wonderful; every detail seems to have been crafted with love. The atmosphere is deeply serene, and the rooms are decorated with authentic Egyptian charm, making the experience truly special. All the staff were incredibly professional and made us feel safe and comfortable (something that's often hard to find when traveling in Egypt). We booked several tours through the hotel, and they were fantastic. Don't book with anyone else; this is the undisputed best choice in terms of both price and service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!

The hotel is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the manager is wonderful and very helpful. He helped us get a free hot air balloon ride nearby and offered to assist with some sightseeing tours as well. The tours were reasonably priced. The hotel offers a wonderful boat trip, which was a lovely surprise. We highly recommend staying here.
