The concept of this property is truly impressive. The design and architecture are bold and unique, and the cenote-style pool is a very original feature that gives the place a distinctive character. The Wi-Fi worked very well for remote work, the apartment was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. The apartment would benefit from a thorough deep clean. There was dust on the bathroom tiles, and we noticed several cobwebs on the wicker decorative features. With a professional cleaning service, the apartment could easily look immaculate. The entrance to the building is spectacular. The lobby is beautifully designed to showcase the stunning pool and create a great first impression. However, reaching the ground-floor apartment requires walking down a narrow corridor, which feels more like you're sneaking into the property than entering a premium accommodation. The apartment also features what appears to be a private jacuzzi, but unfortunately it was not operational. The water was dirty and contained insects, making it unusable. As for the main pool, the water had the appearance of stagnant water, with a visible layer of debris on the surface. During our three-night stay, we never saw the circulation jets operating, which gave the impression that the filtration system was not running. Overall, the property has enormous potential thanks to its exceptional design and concept. However, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance significantly detracts from what could otherwise be an outstanding guest experience.
