The location was very close to the metro station, central station, car rentals, and cozy cafes. It is away from the crowded tourist area, but if you are a tourist, you will definitely like the walk to the Duomo from the apartment. Marco is super friendly and helpful. One of the best apartments you can find in booking for that price range (and a little bit even above). Everything was well thought, and apartment was wide, equipped with all necessary electronics and furniture.

Location
The Host response to issues with items not working and giving us the wrong bank details to pay the Tourist Tax - we were left to sort these out ourselves which caused a lot of stress, time and money.
