We're delighted to welcoming you to our newly renovated apartment in Milan Town Center.
The apartment is connected to the main city points of interest; close to Milan Central Station and with easy access to all public transportation just two minutes walk to LIMA MM1 metro station, 10 minutes from CENTRALE MM2 and MM3 metro lines and all bus connections. The Corso Buenos Aires shopping area is just around the corner. Duomo Square and Cathedral are just 4 metro stops away.
The apartment has been recently renovated; It's a ground floor and it comprises 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, en suite bathroom with huge shower. The living room offers an open space kitchen and a sofa bed. The living room offers an open space kitchen and a sofa bed.
The sofa bed is equipped as a bed for additional person over 2. It is possible to pre-book in advance the sofa bed for the 2 person paying an extra fee of 50.00 Euro for the stay (not for day). The host will add it to the bill through Homeaway web site and it must be approved by the Guest.
It's also possible to pre-book in advance a crib for children under 2 years old for an amount of 25.00 euros for the entire stay.
Any special requests must be reported to the host in advance before arrival.
We are available to welcome and register our guests from 14h00 to 20h00 (CHECK IN). It's possible on request to make a late check in (after 20h00) with and extra charge of 50.00 euros per stay.
Milan Tourism Tax is due at arrival cash payment only (3.00 euros per day per person - children under 18 free charge). The Host will give you a receipt that must be kept as proof of payment in case of control.
The flat is newly furnished and offers all the amenities for your comfort and pleasant stay: Air Conditioning, Central Heating, Free Internet WIFI, 42 "Flat Screen TV.
To make you feel home, we will be delighted to supply you with fresh sheets, soft towels and a basket welcome kit including fresh fruit, spring water and other delicious surprises.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need: induction hob, microwave and grill oven, refrigerator and freezer, espresso coffee machine, boiler and toaster.
Next door you'll can find a private 24h secured garage otherwise you can easily toll park your car in the street.
The area is famous for the shopping, cozy restaurants, pubs and cafes.

We offer a lovely apartment with independent access, located between the Central Station and Corso Buenos Aires, a renowned Milanese shopping street. Located in a quiet and peaceful street 100 meters from the MM1 LIMA metro stop and 400 meters from the MM2 and MM3 of the Central Station.
The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with large shower, living room with open kitchen and comfortable sofa bed, has Air Conditioning, Heating, Internet WIFI.
The sofa bed is equipped as a bed for additional people beyond 2. It is possible to book in advance the sofa bed for the 2nd person by paying a fixed contribution for the entire stay of 50.00 Euros which will be added to the total quote on the HomeAway portal and which must be accepted by the Guest before his arrival .
It is possible to book in advance a travel cot for children from 0 to 2 years by paying a supplement of 25.00 euros per stay.
Any special needs must be reported in advance and before arrival at the Host.
The times available for the CHECK IN are from 14.00 to 20. 00. The guest is required to indicate in advance a preference of arrival, in order to allow us to organize his welcome in the best way.

Nous sommes venus à Milan courir le marathon. L'appartement est proche de la gare (15 minutes à pieds), et Marina a accepté que nous déposions nos affaires à l'appartement avant l'heure du check-in. L'appartement est très bien et très confortable : super nuit avant le marathon assurée. 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le départ du marathon le lendemain matin (parfait).
Marina est très sympathique. Le dernier jour, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'appartement pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de Milan, puis nous sommes repasser en fin de journée les récupérer avant de rejoindre l'aéroport.
Bref, tout était très bien.
Ma femme et moi recommandons cet appartement !!!

The location is ideal and the apartment offered everything I needed. This was my first time using this site and I will certainly be back. Marina was very responsive the entire time. Once I expressed interested, she kept in touch and did rush me as I kept going back and forth with questions. Will recommend this apartment to others.

We had a wonderful time. The apartement is very clean. Maina is very hospitable .she did everything to ease our trip . Location very nice near metro and near Buenos Aires street
