A bright and wonderful apartment located in one of the most beautiful areas in the heart of Milan: Porta Venezia. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need, it offers all comforts to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the city. This home is a true gem in the very center of Milan. Just a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires - famous for shopping - it also allows you to reach on foot Piazza Duomo, the Fashion District, and San Babila, walking through charming historic neighborhoods.

It is situated in the vibrant heart of Milan (yet overlooking a quiet square with no traffic, ensuring peace and silence), just a few steps from Porta Venezia, Corso Buenos Aires (shopping district), and the historic center, which is easily reachable on foot (about 10 minutes).
The apartment is located in a well-maintained building with daytime concierge service and an elevator. It features:

For MONTHLY BOOKINGS, a reduced rate is automatically applied by the system. Contract registration is mandatory for stays longer than 28 nights. The registration fee (€150) is to be paid by the guest.
Upon arrival you will find:

✓ WELCOME KIT (initial supply): laundry detergent pods, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, paper towels, 2–3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, and recycling bags
> Once the initial supply is used up, guests are responsible for replenishing it.
CHECK-IN BY APPOINTMENT (please contact us at least 4–7 days before arrival). For last-minute bookings, we kindly ask you to contact us directly.

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via the VRBO chat to register all guests staying in the apartment, as required by current regulations. This registration must be completed before check-in.

To be paid in cash upon arrival and remitted to the City of Milan. The fee is € 9.50 per person per night for the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS, AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS ARE EXEMPT).

You are in one of the most beautiful, famous, and sought-after areas of Milan: Porta Venezia.
Today, this district is known not only for its historical importance (home to major cultural institutions such as PAC – Pavilion of Contemporary Art, and the Civic Museum of Natural History, located in Indro Montanelli Public Gardens, a green oasis in the heart of the city), but also for its vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, and cafés reflecting Milan’s cultural diversity.
One of the main attractions is Corso Buenos Aires, one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, stretching over 1.5 km. The check in was unacceptable. I already reviewed details.Late arrivals can stay on the street, because staff cannot be reached late and the check in via an app is unnecessary complicated. We could only check in with help from Italian friend
