Innanzitutto nelle foto su Booking l’appartamento appare molto più grande e spazioso di quello che in realtà è (ovvero molto piccolo). In più, sempre nelle foto su Booking, venivano mostrati due letti singoli che formano un matrimoniale: non è così. Abbiamo trovato un letto singolo e un materasso estraibile sotto ma che non poteva essere alzato al livello dell’altro (in coppia non è stato possibile dormire insieme…). Inoltre, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi nel contattare i gestori: alle telefonate non hanno mai risposto, per i messaggi hanno impiegato diverse ore a rispondere rendendo non più utile la risposta. In tutto ciò, nemmeno la tv funzionava.
