Wir waren schon öfters in Pietermaritzburg und es ist nicht einfach eine gute Unterkunft zu finden. Das Phuzamoya Gästehaus ist neu auf dem Markt und eine Perle die heraussticht und aus unserer Sicht das Zeug für eine der Top-Adressen in Pietermaritzburg hat. Gelegen in Hilton oberhalb von PMB und damit in der Nähe der in ganz Südafrika bekannten College-Schulen hat man hier ein Kleinod geschaffen mit Blick in die Natur trotz Stadtnähe. Die Betreiber sind zuvorkommend und äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Nähe zur eigentlichen Stadt ist gegeben, man braucht aber ein Auto, wie in Südafrika üblich. Sehr gut ist die Nähe zu den Colleges. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und Phuzamoya wird sicherlich unsere erste Wahl für PMB werden. Mit etwas Glück kann man hier noch ohne Anstrengung verschiedene Wildtiere von der Terrasse aus beobachten.
Es gibt hier rein gar nichts zu beanstanden.
