Poconos Retreat in The Hideout Lake Community!

We loved the house, the location within the Hideout should have been convenient to our comings and goings. My communications with property owner were top notch and she worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Kitchen was amply stocked to allow us to make most of our meals at the house. Decor was appropriate to a Hideout House

The representatives of the POA were rude and authoritative, not interested in customer appreciation and satisfaction. There was apparently a miscommunication between Evolve and the POA and despite the fact that I had a 6 night confirmation on my phone, the main entrance staff, especially Jeremy, made us feel like criminals, accused the property owner of doing an illegal rental, and would only give us one day passes for our 3 vehicles, forcing us to return to the main desk every day. This was extremely inconvenient and time consuming, as we were unable to use the North Gate. When I began to get upset about the way we were treated, Jeremy refused to talk with me and told me to take it up with the owner. The owner was wonderful, did contact the POA repeatedly and eventually resolved it, but I had to show them the text from the owner telling me that the POA was okay with us having a multi-day pass. It just seemed like they were throwing their authority around and refused to do anything to help us. When I commented that Jermy's behavior was poor customer service, he told me " so put it in your review". I am!
