Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Bis auf die Küche war alles recht sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und hat alles was es braucht.
Die Wohnung ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Sanierung wäre bestimmt nicht schlecht und würde dann den eher hohen Mietpreis rechtfertigen. Zudem dürfte die Küche besser gereinigt werden. Backofen und Kochherd waren wirklich nicht sauber. Da wir beides nicht benutzt haben ist uns das erste Ende Ferien aufgefallen und wurde deshalb auch nicht reklamiert.
