Hotel Caprice Sa Coma Park

Nice and clean. Good food. 95% of staff super amazing friendly and helpful and an easy/excellent to deal with.

Food could be different even every second day. Was nice, but not to be happy with the same things for full week. 5% of staff very unprofessional, never smile, not helpful, end even unpleasant, impudent, rude. Which should be not accepted and tolerated by owners.

Todo muy limpio

It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops, and promenade. There is a bus stop nearby, and finding free parking spaces was very convenient. We are a different kind of travellers who usually prefer to explore, however, it was so pleasant and fun that we ended up staying more of the time in the hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony. While the bathroom isn't brand new, it was large and very well-kept. As for the beds, comfort is always down to personal preference, but we found them comfy and slept great. The AC worked really well, there were plenty of power sockets, and the cleaning service is daily. Contrary to some other reviews, the whole hotel smelled fresh and pleasant, and both the lobby toilets and the pool area were spotless. Providing pool towels free of charge was very convenient. There were plenty of daytime activities, including great options for children. In the evenings, the little ones can enjoy the mini disco, followed by a live show, music, or other entertainment. Special thanks to the three girls from the animation team V, R, and M, who did a fantastic job.The food was delicious with loads of variety. Huge thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff! The outside bar stays open until 23:30, which was the perfect time to wind down with a drink after dinner. Unlimited drinks are included, and the bartenders can even prepare off-menu drinks of your choice. Many thanks to them too for their amazing service and for creating such a great atmosphere. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway!
